How to argue productively with Michelle Rigg
The property management role is full of conflict. That is our job. This is what we get paid to do. Manage problems and conflict.
We are also not trained in this enough, for some it comes naturally in "arguing productively" and others they learn how to do it over time.
I agree that the word "argue" is not necessarily the correct term, but it simplifies my message to all property managers. Don't take it personally and really try and understand where all parties are coming from with their side of the story.
